These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by UCR AND COMPANY LLC ("PartyCate," "we," "us," or "our") and any orders you place through it. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders
You may place catering orders directly through our Site. Custom packages that are not listed online require you to submit our request form; such orders are not confirmed until we have reviewed your request and followed up with you. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Order Cutoff Time
Catering orders must be placed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the requested delivery time. We cannot accept orders requesting delivery within 24 hours. Custom package requests require additional lead time, as they are confirmed manually.

3. Delivery Time
When placing an online order, you must enter your requested delivery time in the notes/comments section at checkout. For custom package requests, you must include your preferred delivery time on the request form. We will confirm your delivery time with you and use reasonable efforts to deliver at the requested time.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for listed catering items are shown on our Site. Custom package and event pricing is quoted separately. Payment for online orders is due at checkout and processed securely through our payment provider. For custom packages and events, payment terms, including any required deposit, will be provided once your order is confirmed. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

5. Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as early as possible and are generally accommodated only before the applicable 24-hour preparation window begins. Because our products are perishable and prepared to order, cancellations made after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Food, Allergens, and Dietary Requests
While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. See our Allergen Disclaimer for details.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and the PartyCate name and branding, is owned by or licensed to UCR AND COMPANY LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCR AND COMPANY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
